Abstract
In these Regulations—
“the 2022 Act” means the Building Safety Act 2022;“AP” means accountable person(1);“PAP” means principal accountable person(2);“the register” means the register of higher-risk buildings held by the regulator pursuant to section 78 of the 2022 Act.
